Loss limits
Chasing a loss back is the one thing a loss limit stops. Decide the most you are willing to lose over a period, and do not top up past it.
Take a break
Ask for a few days off, or for several weeks. Your account is paused for the period you pick, and while it is paused you cannot top up or play.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion is the bigger step: tell support and your account stops accepting play, for six months or for longer if you say so. Nothing reopens it early.
Check your history
A clear picture of your own activity is two taps away in the app: your top-ups, your bets and the time you have played, any time you want to look.
When gambling becomes a problem

Under-18s must not gamble
